Is to lose every
Thing you could ever
Want. If I did not
Have love; I could
Never be able to
Love. I was only a
Little girl, lost…trying
To find my way. Then,
I found him. My best
Friend, my boyfriend,
My lover, and the
Father of my young.
I found love, through
HIs eyes…filled with
Complete understanding.

You act like you don’t care
You act like you’re pissed off
You don’t have anything to do with me
But deep down inside, you want to talk
You want to be near me

I wish you would believe me
You rarely ever do
I wish you would listen to me
But you’re so mad you won’t

I just don’t want you to be upset at me
I’ve done something wrong,
I just don’t know what
Please tell me,
So we can get through this

You are my everything
Yet, you don’t want to be
You know I love you,
Yet, we can’t be together.

Why?
Why does love work like this?
Why does love have to be so painful?
I leave myself open,
Only to be forcefully shut time and time again.

My wounds heal,
But the scars remain.
My face may show happiness,
But my heart shows nothing
But the pain etched into it.

Dreams…What are they?
Dreams…Have your’s come true today?
Money, career, family, love
That is what I dream of.

Dreams are just what they are…Dreams.
Nothing is ever what it seems.
Live for now, not what could be
Because dreams are very far away, you see?

As much as you want dreams to come true,
In the end, they leave you feeling blue.
The only thing to look forward to
Are your final days
Because dreams will never come your way.

My undying love for you,
I can’t describe,
The way you make me feel,
Is way beyond,
What words could ever tell,
Darling,
You have me under your spell,
You are always on my mind,
Even though,
You’ve hurt me plenty of times,
I can’t let you go,
No matter how hard I try,
You have beaten me down,
Down to the ground,
With your hursh and cruel words,
But I just get back up,
Without any hesitation,
And love you still,
I love you,
I know I shouldn’t,
But I do,
And I always will,
No matter what,
I can’t help it,
I’m addicted to you,
Like a drug,
