you deserve our care
from your smallest toes
to the beautiful blonde hair

Once left forgotten
by all but one
her love may be sparce
but never none

She’s just under the rain
she needs the sun
to escape the clouds
because you’re life isn’t done

The change
Made me lose my friends

Alone in the dark,
Scared of what may be lurking there.
I made you smile,
Laugh,
Cry.
I made you cry,
Not once,
Nor twice,
But more times than needed.
Our love was sinful,
Born of a mental illness.
But I loved you.
But the one thing I regret the most is you will never see me.
The real me,
The me that only you could’ve seen.
And one other thing,

It’s only you that I’ve come to love
You’re the only one I ever have.
Never, I am not going to give up,
The dream that I can lie safely on your lap.

I admit it; it hurts me when you don’t look at me.
It hurts me when you don’t notice me.
That no matter what I do, it just can’t be.
I wonder when you can see me.

Why did I let this happen?
Now I see my falling heart being bent.
Just being close to you is just what I intend.
